1910 Federal census - Washington Township, Tazewell County, Illinois
    Peter B. - aged 39, married 13 years, born in Illinois, farmer
    Celia - aged 37, other of 4 children, 2 children living
    Alma - 12-year-old daughter, born in Illinois
    Melinda - 6-year-old daughter, born in Illinois
    Gingrich, Kathrine - 44-year-old widowed step mother [Celia's adoptive mother], mother of 0 children, born in Germany, both parents born in Germany
    [?] Charles - 22-year-old single servant, born in Illinois, both parents born in Illinois, farm laborer

According to Celia's obituary, in the spring of 1913 they moved to Texas, due to the ill health of their daughter Melinda, and then to Hesston, Kans. in 1917.
